Appointments & Bookings

  • By Appointment Only: All of our services are appointment-based, but if we have any last-minute cancellations, we might be able to squeeze in a walk-in—feel free to ask!

  • How to Book - You can easily schedule an appointment on our website/booking app or by giving us a quick call.

  • Stay in the Loop: Be sure to provide accurate contact info so you don’t miss your confirmation or reminder emails/texts!

  • Need to Make Changes? No problem! Just call us as soon as possible if you need to adjust your booking.

  • Group Bookings: Planning to come in a group? Try the group booking feature on our app. Or simply give us a call to avoid making back-to-back appointments.

  • Booking Errors: If there’s a mistake in your service when you arrive, we’ll do our best to help, but making sure everything is correct when booking is your responsibility.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • 24-Hour Courtesy: We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

  • Late Cancellations: For cancellation/rescheduling made with less than 24 hours' notice, a fee of 50% of the service cost will apply.

  • In-Person Cancellations: If you arrive for your appointment but decide to cancel your services, the same cancellation fee will apply.

  • No-Shows: Unfortunately, that means the full appointment cost will still be charged.

  • Timing Matters: Please arrive on time! We can allow up to a 15-minute grace period, but anything later might mean adjusting your service so we stay on schedule.

  • Running Late? Let us know ASAP with a quick call. It helps us plan ahead!

  • No-Shows: If we don’t hear from you and you’re more than 15 minutes late, we’ll have to mark it as a no-show.

  • 7-day guarantee: If you have any issues with your nails, like chipping within 7 days, reach out! We’re happy to fix it.
